Abstract: This thesis is an attempt at creating a space to promote the coming together of different religions and understanding the origins, evolution and shortcomings in various religions. The present scenario of India is filled with instances of communal conflict which is threatening the peace and harmony among different communities. This project, Pan Religion Centre, Bhopal, is a model project that ideally should be replicated or reproduced in major cities and conflict areas to provide more information and knowledge regarding various religions. People and communities in conflict are all at a loss of information and lack of awareness and understanding regarding other communities. So, the main motive is that once a person comes out of the centre, he or she has a wider world view, understanding and acceptance of different views, beliefs and social structures.
