| Abstract: | Four day XVI annual NOSPlan Convention of Department of Planning, SPA, Bhopal and National Organisation of Students of Planning (NOSP) began. The event was inaugurated by Padma Bhushan M. N. Buch, former city planner and retired bureaucrat, welcome address delivered by Padma Shri awardees Prof. V. K. Singh, Director SPA ,Bhopal and Prof. Amitabh Kundu, Economist and Ex-Prof. JNU, Delhi delivered a key-note address. The central theme of the convention was ‘city for all’ which in-corporate essence of ‘Samavesh’. Convention will comprise various activities including both academic and non-academic. |
