Yet businesses and industries in the globalized region are seeking more professional employees. In addition to this technological transition, Information and Communication Technology (ICT) growth is taking place at an unprecedented pace, requiring employees to have cognitive abilities that are more and more complex than ever before. Therefore meeting the challenges and preparing people with the proper education and skills they need is critical. Although there are several development programmes, it is important to remember that all of these initiatives can only be successful if they are properly implemented. The expected outcome of the study is focusing on Skill-based preparation in the education system to be linked to placement services, further connecting trainees to industries/organizations/companies. The need for the hour is to establish a skill framework that will allow workers to adapt and meet new requirements, a system that responds well to business needs and also provides young people with new opportunities that lead to growth.
