Abstract: This thesis project deals with the various stages involved in the process of designing Jaipur Habitat Centre Phase-I. The project is a real proposal by the JDA located in Jhalana Institutional Area at Sansthan Path. Extensive case studies are conducted for a better understanding of the functional and structural and aesthetic aspects of the typology and similar projects. Site Study is conducted for in depth knowledge of the site constraints and opportunities. Since, the proposed project is meant to be a state level socio-cultural hub, in depth study of the city of Jaipur is conducted for an understanding of geo-climatic, demographic and socio-cultural aspects of the region. The thesis involves architectural designing of the site from the site planning stage onwards to final design consideration of preparing detailed plans, sections, elevations, 3d renderings of the expected result and a comprehensive report on the complete thesis.
