dc.description.abstractThe Neighborhood school is an architecture thesis that focuses on two major aspects in the present time that would certainly bring about pivotal changes in the current of education system. They are the covid-19 pandemic and New education policy 2020. The latter is a planned change that was long overdue for the Indian education system and the former is a natural mishap the no one saw coming. None the less both of the events without any doubt have drastically affected the education system. The thesis includes two research topics, one is “paradigm shift of school design after covid-19 pandemic” and the other is “How architects can design keeping in mind the New Education policy methodology”. The outcomes from both of these research helped recognize proper case studies and site of the school and furthermore develop concept and the vision for the school.en_US
