Abstract: “Resettling brings about the creation of new communities in concentrated areas of the metropolis—an environment that represents the metro's commercial fabric as well as its typological, topographical, and architectural features, but differs significantly in terms of social structure. The ones who got ignored with not such architectural character should be set up for the steady and organic nature of these centers.” The Wazirpur Industrial area is one of the famous steel and utensils industries which has grown up along with the history of industrialized India. Many major exporters of domestic steel utensils and commercial steel vessels are present. In addition, It creates industrial steel containers such as boiler vessels and other large steel pots. Because of the amount it creates, this industry is popular all over the India. The Wazirpur Industrial Area has become a source of work for the rural and urban population and thus the area has been inhabited by workers from various industries here for decades now. It has grown up to 2000 Families residing in this area living around Railway Corridors. This Rapid urban growth turned to the informal urban settlements with deplorable living conditions. These conditions have been continuing for as long as one can remember. Railway lines patches and their direct surroundings are preferable to the city for connecting as a city Centre. And it focuses on opportunities and challenges of multiple use of spaces as an instrument to add to a sustainable city. Railway lines areas are the potential areas which spread along the city which can help to use multiple public spaces and reconnect them with a common way. “The proposal is envisioned based on the research findings in line with the aims to create a meaningful spaces environment for living and social interaction opportunities in settlement living to increase social cohesion i.e the sense of belonging of a worker and its family and the relationships among members within the settlement itself and reestablishing the connection of the environment of the Industry and Livelihood Environment.
