Abstract: Ecotourism is a whole new approach of tourism. Ecotourism is the preservation of travel to natural regions in order to appreciate the cultural and natural history of the environment while also offering economic opportunities that make conservation and protection of natural resources beneficial to local people. Tourism is Uttarakhand's primary economic resource. There are activities for all types of individuals, including daring activities, breath-taking panoramic vistas, pilgrimage activities, and more. One of the destinations picked by the government of Uttarakhand to develop sustainable tourism is Dhanaulti, a place where tourism is an important vehicle for economic and social development. The tourist business has the ability to generate foreign exchange revenues, create jobs, promote regional development, reduce income and employment gaps, build links between many sectors of the national and state economies, and aid in poverty alleviation. There are tourists nowadays who desire to get closer to the region's nature and culture while also being aware of the need to conserve what is left of it. And it was this desire that sparked the Eco-Tourism movement, which has become the tourism industry's fastest expanding category. It is an expression of the trend where our environmental concerns are more often reflected in choices that we make about the way we wish to spend our holidays. The challenge today is to strike a balance between a project's aesthetic and environmental needs, as well as physical and intangible risks and opportunities, in order to save increasingly finite resources for future generations. One of the most significant aspects of this resort will be to concentrate on the design and material palette of the resort in order to make it climatically and contextually responsive, as well as the amenities supplied to guests while also benefiting the locals. We can do more than others in our field of architecture to help solve the world's environmental concerns. We should use caution when building and constructing so that the environmental impact is low. Building is an irreversible activity that leaves a permanent impression on the Earth, both directly and indirectly.
