The need for a meditation center in Ahmedabad stems from the increasing importance of mental well-being in today's fast-paced and stressful world. Ahmedabad, like many other urban areas, faces significant challenges related to stress, anxiety, and the lack of work-life balance. A meditation center can address these issues by providing a dedicated space for individuals to practice meditation, cultivate mindfulness, and restore inner peace. The live case studies were Isha Yoga Centre, Coimbatore and Art of Living International Centre, Bangalore.and the Literature case studies were Osho International Meditation Resort, Pune and Matrimandir, Auroville. The significant features of the project are the Meditation Hall and the Therapy Block.en_US
