Abstract: Education is one of the most powerful mechanisms for developing intellectual prowess; meaningful interaction with adults, peers, and the environment is essential in mediating the learner’s intellectual development; learning is a continual transformation of inner perceptions, knowledge, and experiences; and all human beings have the potential to continually develop their intellectual powers throughout their lives. India's youthful population holds immense potential, but outdated education fuels a disconnect with real-world skills. This "skill gap" hinders both individual opportunity and national economic growth. We lack in infrastructure facilities, understanding of advance technologies, and entrepreneurship skills. To tackle these problem, Indian Government is focused on making Skill Development Universities (SDU) across country under NEP 2020. This thesis addresses the critical need for skilled workforce development in India. Outdated educational methods create a "skill gap" hindering individual opportunities and economic growth. The Tata Indian Institute of Skills (TIIS) at Nasmed, established by the Indian government and Tata Education and Development Trust, aims to bridge this gap. This project proposes an architectural design for the TIIS campus that fosters meaningful interaction, intellectual development, and continuous learning. The design will consider infrastructure for advanced technologies, entrepreneurship training, and industry-aligned skillsets. The aim is to create a stimulating environment that empowers students to transform their inner perceptions, knowledge, and experiences.
