Cities are shaped by the food they offer and the buildings that stand within them. Food and architecture share a creative spirit, both acting as artistic expressions. This project aims to explore this connection in a fresh way, creating something valuable for the city and engaging a diverse range of people. The concept is a culinary complex – a vibrant hub that goes beyond just food. It will house a culinary school, demonstration farms to showcase local ingredients, a live kitchen for interactive experiences, a gastro gallery celebrating food culture, and a gastro-museum dedicated to the history of food. This complex will act as a catalyst, revitalising the surrounding neighbourhoods and highlighting the dynamic relationship between food and architecture in a complex urban environment.en_US
