dc.description.abstractIn this developing country like India, there has shown a lot of opportunities for youths in finding jobs for their living, and most dominantly the IT sector which has been providing soft skill jobs in India, for both National and International Developmental Interests. IT firms are one such Buildings or facilities where there is boundless opportunities given to the youths of the country in providing them their lifestyle and give a platform to contribute to the Company Prospect . This understanding of the IT sector which has been ever running a 24/7 support service to its wide range of clients , has given me an interest for working my thesis on such buildings that use Resource both manpower and Energy be it any form and their contribution in parallel with Environmental parameters be it Climate based and Context based along with the Use Comfort and sufficiency of resource utilization. Hence I take this opportunity to work on an IT Campus, that will work on grounds of Green Architectural features, according to GRIHA rating system for my thesis and achieve a more sustainable Project that will use a Renewable sources like Solar Panels, Rain water Conservation, Efficient Transportation, and many other technologies that will be considered in the project. Many upcoming projects in India are nowadays have a Green rating, that reflects the performance of the building in the long run.en_US
