Abstract: The tourism industry in India is developing at a fast pace. The Hotel industry is evolving and its scope of service has extended way beyond hotels to resorts and even spas. Students will have to keep an eye on to learn sustainability, e-marketing and social media to their advantage. Hence there is a need for a well-designed campus for hotel management that would suit the course. The project aims to create a campus that would boost the creativity of the budding chefs and hotel managers. Aim is to create a campus that would encourage students to interact and also be aware of sustainability and its importance. The development of Indian institutions providing culinary and hospitality education and subsequent placement opportunities is but a natural response to the robust future awaiting the travel, tourism and leisure industry across the world. A comprehensive and logical design is aimed at by analyzing all the necessary parameters through literature and live case studies of similar kind. The thesis report showcases this detailed design methodology from site selection to final design proposals.
